Pfft, Finn, we're sure you didn't misunderstand. Tall furniture was MADE for cats! After all, you need a place where you can take refuge from the rest of the family when you feel like it!

well if you aren't supposed to be up there then why is it there? Sometimes humans can be so silly. My put an end table by the window and then got mad because I was sitting on it.

Finn, ALL the furniture is there for the kittehs to climb! If the kitteh is not supposed to be on it, it does not belong in the house! Nice of your Mom to help you down, but feel free to re-climb it whenever you like.
