Hi, everyone! It's me, Phoebe!
So Mom took this picture of me today ... and I thought it was pretty good ... except that my tail came out all blurry! See?
And I was like ... what is going on?!!!!!!!!!! What is wrong with my tail?!!!!
But then I remembered ... this happens to our friend Caroline sometimes, too! It is called RTS (restless tail syndrome). So it's all ok.

Phoebe, I started reading and was going to let you know that it was RTS but you already knew!! I'll have to tell Caroline she's not alone!
Sometimes, when my Human is very lucky, she gets a picture of may tail mid-twitch. Tails were MEANT for twitching. What good is it if it just lays there?
