"Hello ... Noah? Tucker here ... I'd like to place an order for an ark!"

So friends ... it's been a rainy couple of days here in the Bay Area ... and I'M GETTING SICK OF IT!!  I haven't had a walk in two days OR been able to play outside.  Plus, my Crestie hair is all frizzed up from the constant humidity!

See?   I'm so humiliated I can't even face the camera!

So I'll say it again ... Noah, please send the ark right away ... if this keeps up, I'm afraid we all might float away!

Cue the flying monkeys!

Well, friends, it's been brought to my attention that I've been somewhat remiss ...

There is still one of my siblings you haven't been properly introduced to ... even though I did post a picture of her the other day.  That sibling, of course, is my canine sister, Phoebe.

Phoebe joined our family back in early 2008, soon after my big brother, Dakotah, had gone to heaven.  We were all really sad, especially Mom and me.  Dakotah had been with Mom for sixteen years and he'd been my big brother for five years and I loved him a lot. We hadn't planned on adding to our family, especially not so soon after Dakotah left us, but it wasn't long before Mom decided that we could all use someone new to love, even though that someone could never take Dakotah's place.

Phoebe had been in a shelter down in Miami, and a wonderful rescue group here in Tampa, called Heidi's Legacy  pulled her out of there  She needed a good home, and so Mom & I talked it over and decided ours was the perfect one.

It was a great decision, and Phoebe has added a lot to our family.  We're super close and do just about everything together.  Mom calls her The Flying Monkey for two reasons.  Number one - she will jump from anywhere and expect Mom to catch her - she can jump really far - so far that it sometimes looks like she's flying. And also, she's part Brussels Griffon (her other part is Yorkie) and they are known as the monkey faced dogs.  Grandma says she looks sort of like the flying monkeys in the Wizard of Oz.  I don't know about that - but anyway, here she is:

I don't know - I don't think she looks scary like those monkeys in the Wizard of Oz.  Actually, I think she's pretty cute.  What do you think?

When the dogs are away ...

So while Phoebe & I were slaving away at Mom's office, I have it on good authority that our lazy feline siblings ...

Tell-All Tuesday!

Good morning, all!

It's a rainy Tuesday morning here in Tampa, but that's ok because Phoebe and I BOTH got to come to work with Mom this morning.  It's almost like Mom read my mind ... or my blog ... because she said that even though it was Phoebe's turn, we could both come to work today since things shouldn't be as crazy today and we'd have plenty of chances to help her.

Here we are working hard:

Of course, you know what this means ... the cats are home alone with no big brotherly supervision from yours truly.  Who knows what they're up to?  I wonder ...

Meh ... Monday

So it was Phoebe's turn to go to work with Mom today, but she said it was going to be a busy day so Phoebe couldn't go.  Which at least meant that I had some canine company in the house, BUT which ALSO means that tomorrow it will still be Phoebe's turn so as of tomorrow I'll be on Day 4 of house arrest.
I was going to introduce Phoebe tonight, as she's the last of my siblings you haven't met yet, but I'm just not in the mood.  Plus, I have to get plenty of sleep tonight - the better to plot my revenge against Mom's tyranny tomorrow.

Here's me on House Arrest:

Until tomorrow ...
